Beginning May 24th, residents will be able to use the pool early in the morning before our lifeguards come in to prepare the pool for daily use. In order to do so, please review the rules below and complete the authorization form. The form must be completed and submitted before your fob will be enabled for early morning access. LIFEGUARDS ARE NOT PRESENT

A) The pool will close for half an hour prior to regular pool hours to allow for vacuuming, cleaning, etc. (Participants may remain on the grounds, but must be out of the water and not be in the lifeguards’ way)

C) Any homeowner that violates this requirement WILL HAVE THEIR POOL ACCESS SHUT OFF FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SWIM SEASON (pool access to swim at your own risk hours AND pool access to normal hours)
D) Anyone using the pool during the swim at your own risk hours must be able and willing to verify their age if requested.

Get ready to shuffle up and deal! We’re excited to announce the Southampton Poker League, happening every Tuesday night in February at 7:30 PM in the clubhouse.
Whether you’re a seasoned poker player or just want to join the fun, this is your chance to connect with neighbors and enjoy a great game in a friendly, no-pressure environment.
Here’s the deal:
When: Every Tuesday in February at 7:30 PM
Where: Southampton Clubhouse
Format: Tournament-style Texas Hold’em (no money or buy-in involved—strictly for fun!)

Time to turn those less used items into a little extra cash. The community will be advertising the yard sale to attract buyers. Please note that each participant is required to have a yard sale permit from Mecklenburg county.
